So I'm guessing it's Something Roadster, with the first word being the name of the builder, which included a G and a B ?

That's exactly what it is!

It's a 1984 Reliant Fox-based special built by Gibson Restorations.  I can't remember where they were, it was either London or somewhere like Glouestershire.
