So you've got the crux of it as that's where it was built, although clearly based on something built elsewhere.  Once you've got the builder though you will automatically get what it's based on (not Asian).

The Mercury engine has been souped up for a street job and develops about 135 horsepower at 4,500 rmp.  The transmission and differential are Lincoln, and special heads give the Albert car a compression ratio of 8.5:1.  The car cruises easily at 100 mph with the standard 16 inch wheels.

What I have about this car is that was built in Manila (Philippine Islands) by Manuel B Albert. This roasdter was built blending parts from Ford, Mercury (chassis and engine), Lincoln (transmision) and 3 other makes.
