I'm pretty sure that's Harry Lester's first Lester-MG coupe, built for himself in 1953. Power by MG XPAG engine, and, as has already been mentioned, the central bodywork came from a Fiat Topolino. The venue is the infamous chicane at Goodwood.

The guess regarding Fiat Topolino was good - the centre section of the body (doors and roof) came from a Topolino!
