Solved - NEH 1809: AZLK Moskvich 408 Tourist - 1964

For an easy Rookie point identify this car and when it was made correctly:

Did you recognise the front?  I'd thought about 'modifying' it but that's not entirely fair..

I didn't recognize the front.  I was searching a Russian site for another car, and the 408 Tourist flew past, but without the top in place.  Then I recognized the front.

It actually looks better than the Ford Consul Capri from about the same time period.
