European marque?

Never mind, I've found it.  This is an enclosed, three wheel motorcycle/scooter type vehicle named Gashopper (or GasHopper) being proposed (I think only prototypes have been manufactured) by MotoAmerica, Inc. of Marietta, Georgia, USA.

Good hunting 4popid, it is the Gashopper Mk II (a.k.a. GasHopper).  Another point to you.
