Belated well done oko94, a point to you.  This is made by Richard (Dick) Cook, known as 'Wheelie Willie' and based on a 1946 Willys Jeep (not a 1953 model).  Incidentially, Richard Cook was Big Dadi's mechanic; a well-known British wrestler!
