Who is Messrs Blind and Hamfisted ? :D

Sorry for not responding, I have just noticed your query.

Messrs Blind and Hamfisted are a bodybuilding firm which are located purely in my imagination. They have workers  and designers who must be both blind not to be able to see what their creation looks like and hamfisted enough to actually turn out something as shoddy and misshapen as this awful thing appears to be. ;D ;D

Am I correct in assuming we still aren't certain of the chassis manufacturer? In the context of its time (1947 - 1953), I don't really think it's all that bad. Obviously a larger car by European standards, and apparently powerful enough to pull a caravan. Hopefully now that GV has correctly identified the coachbuilder (well done, by the way), we can find out what it is. A good and challenging puzzle.
