I'll try A and 4, linked by Danish architect and designer Arne Jacobsen.
4 is an office block in Hamburg designed by Jacobsen, originally for HEW (Hamburgische Electricitäts-Werke), and now occupied by the electricity generating company Vattenfall.
Photo A is taken at a famous petrol station at Skovshoved near Copenhagen, designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1936. It's now a preserved listed building, but still operates as a petrol station.
I don't know if the bus is part of the puzzle, but it's a Volvo B655 from 1958 with bodywork by Aabenraa Karrosserifabrik. It was built for SAS airlines as a shuttle bus running from Copenhagen airport to the SAS Royal Hotel, which was also designed by Arne Jacobsen. I have seen in several sources that Jacobsen designed the SAS shuttle buses, but I haven't been able to confirm whether that's true or not. The bus in the photo is now preserved by the Danish Bushistorisk organisation.
