was it called 1957 MVTU experimental microcar?

It was built by a group of students at the Moscow higher Technical school named after Bauman, and was led by V.S. Tsybin.it was one of the very first plastic-bodied cars in the soviet union ever built. the car had a 2-cylinder 2-stroke motorcycle engine.
