That's a Chiribiri Siluro Sport...on a Fiat Tipo 5 50/60hp chassis from 1910.

Is that actually just a Chiribiri body on a Fiat engine/chassis? Chiribiri never made a car with an engine that big, and surely it's just a rebodied Fiat?

Oh. Sorry, I thought all the underpinnings were Fiat.  Very interesting car.
