I've found it - it's called a Ford Falcon Special, first registered in April 1951. Obviously powered by a Ford 10hp engine.
Falcon GRP bodies were first made in 1957, so I've no idea whether this car has any connection with that company. As a matter of interest, this special was for sale at £595, which seems an awful lot of money for a car flat-out at 60mph. At the time, you could have bought a Bugatti or similar for the same money.
