Its a Mercedes 190 prototype On test in the Alps disguised as a Citroen.. Is the engineer in the photo Rudi Uhlenhaut?

Yes, that's right, it's a W120 Ponton protoytpe during summer testing at Grossglockner, which I believe is in Austria.
And yes, it is Rudi Uhlenhaut in the picture!
