Exactly.
Two different Scaglioni-designed Perla convertibles were built by Bertone in 1955.  I'm surprised mekubb didn't get this one because he posted the other one as a puzzle!:

Damn... I knew it looked familiar, I was sure it was an Alfa 1900 but didn't have time now to check the coach builder....  :(
