It seems to be four wheel drive - I thought I had a good knowledge of this kind of car, but this one stumps me.

That's the Derby-Maserati, built by Douglas Hawkes for his wife Gwenda to drive.
It's front-wheel-drive, and I was present at a VSCC Oulton Park race meeting when it won for the first (and probably only) time in the hands of Tony Ellis

I just happen to have found a rather poor photo I took of it on its way to winning in 1963:

It's about time I posted a few more, and here's another that I found today. A point if you can tell me what it is and who is driving it and where. (may be a re-post but I can't find it if it is!)

The car is correct but it isn't being driven by Gwenda Stewart and you don't say where it was photographed. Locked for you for 24 hours.

Quite correct!
When I took that photo (22 June 1963) it had just won a VSCC handicap race and the commentating pundits (probably John Willis and Bunny Tubbs) reckoned it was the first race the 1934 car had won. Sadly they caught the man with the chequered flag by surprise so didn't get to take it.
Logically I should share the points but as we don't do half-points I'll give you and  Edgardosomoza a point each.

It's a repost of the Derby-Maserati and I got the information from there so I don't really deserve a point.

I thought it might be a repost but couldn't find it so thought it was just geriatric memory playing me up.
It's just taken me three attempts using the search function to find it so the fact that you found it is probably worth the rounded-up ½point
