Alvis 3½-litre SA Sports Special. Known as ‘Boadicea’, the 1936 Sports Special was built in the mid-1970s, based on an unrestored saloon rolling chassis.

As Majeko mentioned, this car has a name ("Boadicea") which it's important to include in the title to avoid it being re-posted (it was going to be my NEH 3379 using the picture as per below!)

If it's Boadicea, those spinners on the wheels could do with lengthening and maybe sharpened up a bit. ;D
