Topolino for sure and if I'm not wrong the builder should be Pasqualetti.

Pasqualetti was a tuner and made also some Topolinos, but I checked and the one I had in mind is similar (same shield-shaped grille) but actually not this car.

I have no info about the car... I only recognize the shape of what it could be a Motto body...
I try to guess the year... 1947?

That is Mario Avalle on his Avalle 750 sport at the 1947 Sassi Superga.
Chassis Fiat #040351, engine #040629.
