Is it based on a regular Chinese car or a custom-made chassis?

OK I'm back (after a long absence for work reasons, with apologies)
This certainly hails from the city of Xuchang but the name of the suppler I have hasn't been mentioned yet
Consider the puzzle now unlocked!

OK I've awarded Oguerrerob a point as this is one of those maddening Chinese cars which seems to be offered by a whole variety of different suppliers. It hails from Xuchang, and is electric. For what it's worth I have it listed as the Julong JL-ECC04
