It's the Fissore Poker, based on Fiat 126.

If not Fissore, Rayton-Fissore. In those years there is a big confusion and ovelapping within Fissore cousins and brothers-in-law...

The image is 100% an official Fissore press photo. I've it in my archive.
Perhaps it has been also exploited by one of the usual Fissore foreign partners as Emelba in Spain, Fiberfab in Germany or Ellados in Greece.

I'm the last one to argue with you about Fiats.
You mentioned the name I was looking for. I have it as A. Ellados (= Autokinitoviomihania Ellados) Poker from Greece.
Another point for you.
