It was advertised as a Savana 4x4, I guess it's from Greppi, but not from Italy. Locked for you (3 guesses) to find the country.

Gosh, I didn’t know that any Greppi models were built outside of Italy, and detailed research over the last couple of days hasn’t helped to reveal the Savana being made anywhere else, so now it’s pure guesswork.

So, was this example planned to be made in Greece?

What makes you think that it was built or even just modified in Germany?
This is an ad by the German importer. The picture is the one from the original Italian brochure. The Greppi Savana was based on a Ford Transit, so it is a stock engine. I think this puzzle should be merged with these two puzzles:
