For a point, specify the year, make, model and coachbuilder of this old truck.

As the mythical Rookies are not paying attention, maybe the Experts can solve this puzzle?

Up!

Well, Cuda, I can ID the truck as a 1938 Fiat 621 E (Electric) but I am not having any luck with a coachbuilder yet.
As a guess, since they collaborated so much, it might be Viberti.

LOCKED for Bill Murray's next two guesses.  You have correctly specified the year, make, and model.

Not Viberti.

Coachbuilder was involved with bus building.

Wow, I have found that exact photo in about a dozen places but no mention of the coach builder.

So, for my first guess, how about Orlandi who were prolific Fiat and other brand bus builders.

Second and last guess for this round and if incorrect, please unlock it.

Carrozzeria Esperia?

UNLOCKED

Not Esperia.

The name of this coachbuilder is seen as Carrozzeria followed by 3 names.  Occasionally listed as 2, when you leave off the first name of the founder.

A possibly invaluable tip.

OK, on one of the many websites where your photo can be found, independently, not using SBI, there was a fleeting reference to Carrozzeria Dalla Via on a Dutch origin photo site.  Checking  Wikipedia, they have a story on the firm Carrozzeria Luigi Dalla Via who also built busses.

Is that any closer?

Thanks Cuda:

I am not proud of this one as I could not exactly ID the coach builder, there was only that one reference that was not all that positive.

If you feel you can post your source, it would be interesting.

By The Way, thanks for the opportunity to pick up three points in the last 24 hours from your puzzles.
Lots of work, but also lots of fun looking.
