I've long had an Impuls that I'd seen this one before, and now I've accidently stumbled across it.  It is the Impuls, shown in Sweden in 1977.
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.

Impuls 77 is the correct name! An electric prototype with a sliding door for entry

I think it was developed by  Lars Tjernstrom at Impuls Innovation AB between 1975-1978

I think you are probably right Pal as Lars Tjernstrom's name is mentioned in the Swedish magazine text.
