Here's my 600th puzzle and I have to exclude a few AutoPuzzlers here. So PJ, Faksta, Arunas, Allemano, Ultra - you're out. Others - please join the fun and tell me the name of this vehicle.

I found the answer to this puzzle while checking your PN #465 -- Szilveszter Török's one-off car, 1962.

2012 home built one-off hot rod style pick-up called Kiss Attila, based on a 1990 Mazda B2200 and with some Warszawa parts.

No, it is not called Kiss Attila, that's the guy who built it :) Obviously locked for you - the name is right in front of your eyes. (In English order, that would be Attila Kiss)
