That's I believe the backwards Desoto (1932?) used to prove that cars of the day were actually more aerodynamic driven backwards used to publicize the new Airflows. Don't know the driver.

It is a De Soto, but this time it has nothing to do with aerodynamics. The proof you refer to was done in a wind tunnel I think.

The driver is Harry Hartz, the year is 1933 and the car is a De Soto mounted backwards.
