For one point: what is this vehicle?

Only a correct, complete and specific answer will earn a point; tag-on's to other guesses will not. So, be specific and complete!

I am not sure of the body type, but it resembles a Dodge of ca 1920/21 for the chassis.

I don't think "Ute" was a common term when this was built, but your geography is correct.

I reckon it's about 1924. Is the body design for a specific purpose, or did you just want to know the coachbuilder?

Has to a 1923 Dodge, that was the last year for the three quarter elliptic rear springs and the first for the round scuttle-windscreen. I've no idea what it was intended for, but was the body made by Holden?

Maybe it was offered on sale in 1926, but the puzzles car can't be a 1926 Dodge.

It has to be 1923 model, because it has:

3/4 elliptic rear springs.
Non-louvered bonnet.
Hump on the rear mudguard where the grease nipple is.
Round lower corners on the door.
Bell shaped headlamps.

All of the above were gone by 1924 and it can't be earlier because 1923 was the first year for the curved along the scuttle windscreen. It could be a very late 1922 or very early 1924, but still 1923 model.

Robbie..................

You are correct in your comments/observations, but I would ask that you consider that................

The vehicle in question appears to be brand new.  It was offered on sale in Australia, not the US.

My years of research on the subject of US vehicles sold to, manufactured in or assembled in countries outside the US gives ample evidence that earlier versions of US marques soldiered on in many countries because of low volumes for sometimes several years.

I am not arguing your point, but that was the description and the year given on the photo which I found searching "Dodge-Australia" on Google.  It may have been a "rebodied" earlier version but as the caption also mentioned the price for the bare chassis plus the body, I doubt it.
