I have got to correct myself.
The photo was made at a "racetrack" part of Daytona Beach which has a different specific name, as I understood the original source...

H. L. Bowden’s Flying Dutchman II, powered by two 60 hp Mercedes engines. It ran at Ormond Beach in 1905.
