how in the world did you find it,s name,I can,t find a thing only two places,but it only comes up with pojazd, which I believe means vehicle?

By Golly I think you've got it!  Your perseverence has paid off.
I don't know about "The Vehicle" bit as this car is simply called the "250", apparently due not only to its 250 cc engine but also because of its 250 cm length, the same as the width of buses etc in Poland, which meant it could be parked nose to the kerb!

Here's another picture of the "production" version, although I have no idea how many were actually produced..
