It looks an enlarged version of the COCO TAXI running in the HABANA streets.

LOCKED briefly for luisps

It is in fact, an enlarged Coco Taxi.  Can you find the make, model, and manufacturer?

Not very much information about the motor industry in Cuba available in Internet. The only information found is that was the Cuban government who decided the construction of the Coco Taxi and the organism that controls its operation is PANATRANS. I don't think that this is the builder, mostly possible they are built in one of the companies included in the "Grupo Industrial CICLEX" that produces bicycles, motorcycles and parts.

The name I am looking for is not Panatrans.  I'm not sure if this company is included in Grupo industrial CICLEX.

I've found the following comment without picture: The company "Narciso López Roselló", part of the group UNECAMOTO, that also is part of "Grupo Empresarial de la Sideromecánica" of Cuba, has unveiled in November of 2013 in the "Feria Internacional de La Habana" a new model of Coco Taxi with a larger motor of 275 c.c. This same company built the original Coco Taxi in the '90s in a number of 120 units, with a smaller motor of 100 c.c.

Luisps, your answer is good enough for a point.  The Coco Taxis are interesting looking vehicles, with hardly any power.  Nice that someone built at least one with more passenger and engine capacity.

The page I found calling this the M175, indicates their smaller model M50 had a 50cc engine, while this one has a 175cc engine.
