I also thought that it would be the Opel Corsa Cabrio built by R & R (Robert Maier and Robert Pollner). It was officially offered in Great Britain and Australia, first as „Sun + Fun Car“, later as „Sunny Side“. Are you looking for one of these names?

Central European - it is an ordinary Opel Corsa B, that was converted by a small company and officially sold by a national Opel branch.
As I said, there were official Opel brochures for this one.
