The owner used 49ccm Honda engines and electric powertrains for his severel creations.
I´m not sure what this Bugatti recreations featured.

It is powered by two electric engines of 1.5 kW each, it weighs 550 kg and reaches 35 km/h.
PS. The puzzle picture is reversed. I noticed because I found it the other way round in a book of mine. A look on the buttons of his robe tells the truth.
