The house in the foreground looks to be from the South...but how many counties are there in the Southern states?  Is it a Californian County?

Well...now it's easy, in Florida they have just 70 counties!   Whatever you said could be a clue...you spoke about palm trees...Is it from Palm Beach county?
If not, please unlock, I've no other ideas.

Without your help I wouldn't have found it....The woman is said to be Mrs. Florence Mullinix, first female driver in Orange County, on her Franklin (I suppose a model D from 1909).
