Wrong driver, location and year, but it is a White. This particular car also had a nickname.

Different nickname, driver and year. Location is also needed for the point.

I will guess it to be Walter White behind the wheel, outside the White Motor Cars co. garage, NYC. The nickname could be 1 of 4 nicknames for the car(Turtle,Snail,Whistling Billy,Billy) I will guess Turtle for your nickname, cant find your exact photo on the internet. The car has a long history. 1905,Vanderbilt Cup,1907 Post Cup(Kansas City),Tanforan....Numerous drivers & owners & accidents & re-builds, Walter White,Charlie Bair,Ralph Baker,Gus Seyfried..etc. It is pretty much an unsolvable puzzle..without having the exact photo & story with the photo. Their is also a replica of this car that has been made....known also..as "Whistling Billy".

I'll just say, it is a pretty cool steam powered car, with alot of history & owners & drivers. It is pretty much the same car, raced & modified by many people, during a long period of time 1904-1922. If I get the point great, if I dont, that is fine as well. :)
