This car must have a non-typical doors, but what kind? Maybe there exists any pictures showing open door(s) (which I still can't find anywhere on the internet  ??? )

...or maybe it has no doors, because it is a static model afaik...

This car was actually designed by Trevor Fiore, during his (short) stint as chief designer at Citroen.

Think his brief had been to come up with something outrageous and impractical, and he certainly achieved that...!

Yes it is!
The Citroen Karin concept by Trevor Fiore was first shown at the 1980 Paris auto show.

I hadn't seen a picture of the interior here on AP before.
That being said, I hadn't seen the third picture you posted of the Karin's dash straight on.  Thank you.
