I am really reaching here, but it does resemble the French maker F.A.R. that license built I think a similar Scammel truck.

It's really a FAR...but not a Scammel; it has a different engine.  Locked for you to add this information.

It would appear to have a Citroen engine from what I can find.

There were two other engines mentioned but Citroen was claimed to be the primary power plant. One was Hotchkiss and one was presumably the Ford V-8 used by Chenard-Walcker who at one time owned FAR.  Sorry, I also read on one site that a Peugot motor may have been used.

It is also mentioned that the original concept was achieved by Napier but there was no mention of use of the Napier engine.

I'm sorry, Fabrizio, that my answer is not as exact as I would like it to be but there seems little information on the brand.  Please unlock the quiz if my answer/s are not satisfactory.

I have another engine, and a name for this little truck. I unlock it, but as my source is not "The Bible", if nobody will be able to tell me the name (and perhaps the engine I have), I'll award you with a point for what you discovered till now.

Hi Fabrizio:

Well, I will try to continue to earn the point.

The name of the vehicle itself was Poney Mecanique" or mechanical horse.
Further research gives me five references to the Citroen Traction Avant engine and transmission being used so I pretty much have to go with that answer.

One more attempt.

I found your exact photo on a French enthusiast site dealing with the Dyna Panhard cars and they indicate that the motor was the Dyna Panhard X of 3 horsepower
which I assume is "taxable horsepower", ie 3CV.

No proof was offered and no photo was available of that engine in that vehicle.

Sometimes the Internet does not have always the correct answers.

Mil Grazia!!

Now, we will have to deal with TGF-59, which is another real mystery.
