Sport prototype from Argentina - Numa Mk1 Tornado ("el Televisor") 1969 1968 (race "100 Super Vueltas Shell", Buenos-Aires).

Yes you have identified the right car and year, although my source calls it a Mk2. But the car in your pic and mine are the same. Another point added. Didn't thought that it would be guessed so quickly... Here is another pic
