...but the Lister-Costin variety had the convex nose with three openings like the picture here.
Lotus is right, that's the easy part  ;), but not a 15, 17 or Costin

Yes the photo is from a hill climb in Italy called the Cesenatico. The actual car is indeed from a later date than 1958, I am not sure why the air intake has been modified but I have an idea.... Still locked for you to come up with the right name and year of this Lotus

Production ceased in 1958. So this must have been modified after that, and anyway the driver is wearing a Bell-style helmet. Is it that useless Lotus-Stanguellini?
