This is a 1928 AM80 Hotchkiss, with a cabriolet body by Veth.

Thanks, it's also worth pointing out that this car has that large rubber front bumper bar, which I understand were made in the Netherlands as well.

That bumper bar was probably meant to avoid a collision with the numerous cows in Holland  ;)
