The car seems to be one of Art Smith's Baby Vanderbilt Racers, seen here together with the Buick Bug and Art Smith's Comet in 1920.

Art Smith's baby cars were Harley-powered and built in 1915. The puzzle car probably was the one below in the middle, resembling the Fiat:

I can't find it either. Is the suited man the promoter of Baby Racing, Phil T. Hanna ? The driver looks familiar, and I can't stop thinking of Raplh de Palma. who endorsed the series, although it doesn't really seem to be him.

Smith, one of the founders of the Vitagraph motion picture company, stands with a cigar in his mouth looking down at the silent film star Antonio Moreno (also with cigar) sitting at the wheel of a small racing car just outside the Vitagraph studio gates in East Hollywood, California. The miniature automobile is an Art Smith Special with 1920 California license plates, no doubt the same car mentioned in the advertisement below: ACTORS' FUND FESTIVAL "Five mile auto race between Tony Moreno in Art Smith baby racer and Tod Sloan driving the Stagg-Packard Special." I don't know about 'original'. I think there is a booming cottage industry of people who find pictures online, and then print, frame and sell them.
