The doors suggest a late 1980's HiLux. Was this done by a well-know tuner?

It´s been built in the 1970´s and I´m not sure about the basis vehicle.
I´ll check if there are any known facts about it when I´ll be back from work today.

I´m not sure about the basis vehicle, really. It´s been heavily customized.

The conversion took place in the US of A...
