The car originally had a Grand Prix body, it was raced by Prince Lobkowitz who was killed in it at Avus in 1932.
The wreck was purchased by Zdenck Pohl from Czechoslovakia who designed the new body that Uhlik built.
Today the car has been returned to it's original Grand Prix type body.
A recreation of the Uhlik T54 can be seen at the Mullin Automotive Museum Foundation in Oxnard, California.
