I'm pretty sure of the base car/engine. There were literally hundreds of these about at the time, so it's all down to the driver/builder.Is he renowned? Did he go on to bigger things?

H.Porteous had a Buckler Mk V, registered HDM 855, which he called the Porteous Special, so I'll try him.
