An Argentinian artist, Raul Lemessof, took the initiative in transforming a Ford Falcon 1979 in mobile library to go up and down the streets of Buenos Aires to give free books to the passers-by.

It was called «Arma De Instruccion Masiva».

Yes excellent answer one point for you, the artist is Raúl Lemesoff and he converted a 1979 Ford Falcon it is called "Arma de Instrucción Masiva" "Weapon of Mass Instruction".
Now for one more point please tell me the first owner of the Falcon and why it's significant?

The Ford Falcon — a vehicle which was popular with the armed forces of the military dictatorship at the time. Where the vehicle once brought military oppression.

The car  formerly belonging to the Argentine armed forces.    :)

Yes you are right, the car had belonged to the Argentine Armed Forces, that's why the artist chose it so a "weapon of destruction" became a "weapon of Instruction". During Argentina's last military dictatorship, the Ford Falcon became infamously associated with the disappearance of people. The sight of one of these cramped with short haired guys in dark suits sent cold shivers down your spine. We soon learnt it was wise to keep out of their way, specially if the passengers were hanging out the windows brandishing fire arms.
