For one point, provide the year, make, model, and coachbuilder of this car

A second point will be provided if you post another image of this car.  Besides this photo, I can only find sketches of this car.

Yes, Europe.  Mostly not in France.

Looks like an Hispano-Suiza H6B . . . don't recognize the body, though. Still looking. Year should be right around 1930, give or take a year.

LOCKED for fyreline.

It is an Hispano-Suiza H6B, from 1929.

OK, I think I have it . . . But all I was able to find was a sketch (such as you mentioned), I couldn't even find the photo you posted! At any rate, I believe it is one of the Hispanos that was bodied by Jean Antoine Augustin de Vizcaya of Chaville, France under license from Million-Guiet. I'm not really sure what to call this particular body style . . . a convertible coupe, perhaps?

Fyreline is awarded the point for the correct answer.

While there are a lot of 4-door "convertibles" from this time period, with the rear section of the top folding down, I haven't seen very many coupes with this feature.

I'll keep looking for another photograph . . . this is very good-looking and unusual body style, it would be nice to see some other views of it.

Excellent, thank you Bill. Certainly worth the additional point, I would think.

Thanks, Amigos!!

You two did all the work, I just happened to have a couple of good data bases/sources to go to so my part was simple.
Nice looking unusual car as you say.
