Are we looking at a horizontally mounted flywheel. Certainly seems to be spinning quickly?

Its a 1906 Adams Farwell Model 6A Convertible Runabout.

The body was coachbuilt by the Connolly Carrage and Buggy Company.

It has a 5 cylinder spinning radial air cooled engine.
