Perhaps another easy one?

For a point, specify the year, make, model and builder of this black beauty.

Or Lombardi 850 Special Spider. In any case it should be 1970.

One of this car's names is Spyder, and 850 is correct as well.  The badging on the car does not include "Lombardi" or "Grand Prix".

LOCKED for thewarlord, because his answers are actually close to correct.

Still LOCKED

Monza is another part of the name.  This car has been restored, and there are a lot of pictures showing the current condition.

The (obscured in puzzle pic) badge on the front does not say Lombardi.

Could be 1970, but 1971 or 1972, possibly, too.

Not Giannini in Roma, however. The badge is wrong.

This is Giannini in Torino, the company founded by Franco Giannini when he was forced to resign from his father's former company. He used the Giannini name only for a very short time and later had to rename the company OTAS because the new owners of the original Giannini (in Roma) didn't like there was a new one in Torino...

Not the same badge. Perhaps is a fantasy of the current owner, as many other details in this car.
Franco Giannini used the "Giannini" name only once, at the 1969 Turin Racing Car Show. Then the new Giannini firm owners started a legal action against him and he was forced to rename his company OTAS.
The picture below shows a 1000 GP at the show. I made a close up of the badge, that however cannot be clearly seen. My guess is it was the same as OTAS (with the Turin city's prancing bull), but surrounded by the wording "Giannini Torino".
It looks circulrar and for sure it was not the classic Frua-designed Giannini shield.
