The car is a Facel Vega Facellia II, but I don't know what's hidden behind that long nose.

This particular Facel Vega Facellia II is powered by a Delage engine. I found almost the same pic on the internet with some luck, typing Facellia with modified front...

Mekubb's answer is good enough for a point.

The car is a Facellia from around 1966, with a D6 3L engine.  I found indication the name Gerem (Geren?) was also involved, but that may just be the name of the extended grill.

The project may have been an attempt to revive the Delage brand, a student project, or both.
