i think that it is bodied by Buca, Buchten.  However Buchten is not located in Luxembug, but in the Netherlands.

Indeed that one.  I don't know where actually is Buchten, but in the picture you can clearly read that the address of BUCA is indicated to be in Buchten (L), so I'm quite convinced that other there are two Buchten, or at the time the truck was build that town was in Luxembourg.  I've found other two pictures of trucks bodied by BUCA, and they show the same geographycal indication.

That L stands for the Dutch province of Limburg.  :(

Another indication for this is the Dutch on the sign and Kerkrade is in Limburg. Indeed, Buchten (L) is supposed to mean what Wendax said. Also the license plate starting with P shows it is Limburg.
