As you can tell by the inverted tail lights, this is a rare view of an upside-down Ford Pinto.  :)

This is a Trimuter manufactured by RQ Riley.
It's been modified a little though.  The door opening was originally a one-piece hatch thing, and this looks like it's been converted into a more conventional door-type passenger compartment.  The Pinto rear lights are also custom fit compared to the original round units.
