Very interesting picture;  I've noted the french plate and, most of all, the underwriting "Chiribirri Montecarlo" ; Antonio Chiribiri was an italian manufacturer, from Turin too, who built little cars in the same period of Ceirano, and even if I don't know of any joint venture between the two firms, it's quite sure that Giovanni Ceirano and Antonio Chiribiri known each other.  It would be great if we could know that Antonio Chiribiri had a Ceirano and went to Montecarlo with it.
