Where and when was this luxury car built, and what name was it given?

Ford do Brasil LTD Landau.
I think this is a 1975 year model, the last of the line.  Well maybe not but I think this is what it is.
Note the Lincoln hood ornament.  Top of the line in Brasil
Edit:  Note also the Lincoln style grille.

And the point goes to Bill Murray for the correct answer.

If you know anything about old Fords, you will notice most body panels of this car, are from the 1965 Galaxie sold in America.  Ford do Brasil liked the body stamping so much, they kept them around for 10 years.

Thanks, Cuda:

Just so you know, it was not all that easy.

Ford Argentina, Ford Brasil, Ford Australia, as well as other US manufactures, for economic reasons kept older vehicles in production sometimes for decades after they ceased production in the US.  Our manufacturers just shipped the tooling and dies to the export markets and continued making essentially the same car for years. I had to look rather a lot on this one.

When I lived in Peru in the late 1970's, my wife was provided a brand new VW Beetle that was almost exactly the same as the 1960's versions that were no longer produced even in Germany.  Made in Brasil as a kit and assembled in Peru with Peruvian wheels, tires, upholstery, paint etc.  Kind of neat as you could no longer buy such a Beetle in the US.

Thanks again for the challenge and the point.
Bill
