Comments about household duties as with the Renault above.

Will was popularly known as the Durango Kid, mainly acting in what we call "B" grade Westerns.

As such, he often used this car as his "motel room" when in the California or Arizona Deserts on a movie location.  It was, by the way a Series 61 model.
